I would have given them a higher rating but for housekeeping to not leave an extra roll of toilet paper and run out at 4am was not good. Also to have a coffee station that does not have tea and hot water not an A for sure. Excellence is in the details!

Clean , comfortable and friendly. My only complaint was not enough towels. Only one washcloth and towel per person, I would have liked 2, one for night and one for morning.
