Everything was fine
The staff was amiable. Unfortunately, the air quality in the room was awful. I do not know if the problem was an unclean carpet or mold in the air ducts. My sinuses gave me problems every time I returned to my room. Having lung issues already made me decide never to return to that particular Hampton Inn again.
This was a good stay overall a good experience. Have nothing bad to say

The Hotel is well located and you have plenty of dining and shopping mall options. The room is nice but the only problem was with the wifi. Very slow and, when I tried to use the paid one, I had. O assistance about how to go back to the registration weblage and change.
No complaints. Enjoyed our stay. Easy access to Mayo Clinic.
Great location! Close to EVERYTHING. Tons of dining...including my FAV place, Vinnie’s Italian restaurant just up the street from the hotel. Try it! Breakfasts were very good and had all you could ask for. Wish they’d serve breakfast until 11AM though. Also, keep the cookies coming! Always were gone when I’d check for some. Other than that...GREAT place to stay!
There is no comfortable chair to sit in and relax. The chairs in the room are not comfortable. Travelers need to prop feet up and u cannot do that. Otherwise very comfortable. Would be nice to have night light in bath for safety at night. And small refrigerator. Get rid of big heavy cover and put very light weight blanket or extra sheet on bed. Comforter too heavy for Florida. Or Georgia in summer.
It is a nice hotel close to the Mayo Clinic. The staff was very nice. Breakfast was good. I left one of our bags in our room and didn't notice that I left it until we got home. I called the next day and they had it UPS to my home. I will stay there next time we go to Mayo clinic.
Would've been excellent all around but hair dryer didn't work so I had to go to an appointment with wet hair.
Breakfast buffet was horrible! Fruit did not taste natural. It tasted as though it was sitting in some type of preservative. Couldn’t get cereal out of dispenser. Coffee was ice cold when we arrived. Cheese in eggs were cold and rock solid. Just awful...
Could not control the a/c shuttle to Mayo Clinic canceled on Friday 4/13 driver not available what about someone else from the hotel staff. Shuttle was the reason we booked there
We enjoyed the hotel very much. The beds were soft, breakfast was good, the pool area was clean and not too strong of chlorine. The only problem I really had was when I dropped my phone in the bathroom and it slid under the sink cabinet and the only way to get it out was by coat hanger and along with pulling my phone out we pulled hair & Q-tips among other things.
