Whether you’re visiting for family travel, business, or pleasure, our home is close to top-rated restaurants, NFL Jaguar stadium, golf courses, and more. Off-street parking for up to 3 vehicles. You will have the entire townhome to yourself. Let this be your destination to explore all Jacksonville Beach has to offer!

This listing is to rent a townhome that is part of a duplex. There is NO connection between the townhomes and no common area between the two. While there may be another guest in the other townhouse next to you, there is complete privacy.

When you walk into the home, you enter on the ground floor, you will find a bedroom with two queen beds and a full bathroom, as well as garage access where you will find outdoor enjoyment amenities including beach supplies and a grill. Once you climb the stairs, you will find a full kitchen, dining table with seating for 8, half bathroom, living room with a comfortable sectional sofa, and large smart TV where you can stream any of your personal subscriptions. Climb another set of stairs to the third floor where you will find a queen bedroom and a master bedroom with a king bed, smart TV, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom.

You will be provided a key code for the smart remote door lock.

We are a pet friendly home for up to 1 pet. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a $50 non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

This is a cute home but there are definitely some areas for improvement. The first being the HVAC unit is only on the top floor (the home is three levels). When we turned on the heat, the top floor would get extremely hot but the other two floors would still be very cold. I’m not sure what this looks like in the summer but something to keep in mind. There is no circulation of heat or air. Secondly, if you are traveling with littles, there are no blinds on any of the windows. This makes nap times and just generally sleeping very difficult. It’s incredibly bright in the bedrooms as soon as the sun comes up, and there are bright street lights that shine into the bedrooms all night long. Third, there is one shower on the top floor in the master bedroom and one shower on the very bottom floor in the bedroom down there (again, the home is three levels). If you are traveling with a group then prepare to share the shower in the master bedroom or your friends can go down to the bottom floor to shower. Also, if you have littles, the bath tub is on the bottom floor only. A minor thing is that the home is stocked with k cups for use…but the keurig pictured does not actually work. The ice machine attached to the refrigerator also does not work. Overall it was a fine place to stay. There were some things we wished we would have known/thought about.

An "Over 60 " Girls Trip

The place was clean and well appointed. The only drawback was the two sets of stairs...one going up to the main level and another set to the bedrooms above. For bad knees, it made for some difficulties. Otherwise it was great!

Nice place

Clean, homey, plenty of space. We enjoyed our stay. The beach is about 2 blocks away. We were thankful for the little extras like shampoo/conditioner, laundry detergent, etc. The neighborhood was safe and quiet with tons of restaurants in the area.

Location to the beach was perfect. It only takes 5' from the door to getting your feet in the sand. Location is great as well. Just a short drive to any restaurant you want to go to. Would definitely stay here again if it is open.

We truly enjoyed this property. It was a quick walk to the beach and we felt safe in the little neighborhood. The property was well furnished and stocked. The beds were very comfortable. We loved it and would consider staying here again if we return to the area!
