We really enjoyed our stay at this cute little apartment. Our granddaughter loved our time in the pool. Being able to take our dogs with us was a huge plus! We would definitely stay again.

Nice Apartment, locatation but very noisy

The property is well kept, the owner is responsive and the beds are comfortable. If it wasn’t for the other guests it would have been a lovely stay but Unfortunately this is one of 3 properties and the main house is vast and very much a party house with the 3 different sets of guests who came and went during our stay all failing to give any consideration. With a house so big i think we got about 5 decent nights sleep out of 20 with the other nights involving blaring music, people screaming and shouting till 4am and splashing about getting up to all sorts in the pool in the middle of the night. If you’re a party person this is the place for you, if your looking for a peaceful break it’s def not.

No complaints

We only slept and showered there because we went to our friend’s house the rest of the time, but I loved that we could walk to the beach. I felt safe, and it was clean. The bathroom is super tiny, but functional. It had everything we needed if we were actually going to cook and eat there, too. I’d book it again.

Perfect Beach Location

This was the perfect beach location for two people. The beach is a hot two block walk and in a less busy beach area. The pool at the property is a nice switch up or change from beach. We brought our dog and he was sure comfortable there. Women - there is no counter space in bathroom. Bring a hanging bag for items, a travel mirror or be prepared to get creative. Only complaint is bathroom size but it didn’t matter too much at the beach.

Cute beach rental

Clean, cute beach rental in a great location. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants made it the perfect spot for our overnight stay. Bathroom was tight for the tall members of our family, but overall an enjoyable stay!

Nice property

The location is great and the apartment itself is nice, though I would caution future renters about two things - the only bathroom is very very very small and it is difficult to walk around anywhere in the apartment without causing a lot of noise in the apartment below (the floors rattle the ceiling below).

Nice getaway

Nice small property with pool Host communicated with us, but didn’t take care of the problem we brought up to them☹️ Clean property, but scarcely fitted with utensils. There was only 1 wineglass and 3 coffee cups! Other then that it was a decent place

April visit

We were in Jax visiting family, and wanted to be close to the beach. The weather was cool and windy, so we really appreciated the heated pool. Great pool for kids, also, with a wide shallow shelf at one end. The place was neat and clean, with a great kitchen. Being upstairs is nice, as you get a nice tropical feel seeing palm trees out of the windows.

Entry Door Jam

The last night of our stay the entry door to the unit jammed and we could not get in. There was no property manager on site or in the area. We had to call a 24/hr locksmith who got the door open after 2 1/2 hours of waiting outside. We finally got into the unit at midnight. By the time the locksmith arrived, I was so upset that I did not get a receipt for his service ($49) and when I asked for consideration of reimbursement without a receipt I was told no.

Cute Stay and Awesome Location

My adult son and I stayed for a short visit to Mayo Clinic. There were virtually no hotels or other options due to huge golf tourney, so we feel so lucky we found this gem. It was a short three block walk to an amazing beach. We have one parking spot in front for our rental car, which was great. We walked every night to some fantastic restaurants. 10 minutes max. Neighhood feels safe, very chill and beachy. The place: it's cute. Two bedrooms. Beds were comfy. Side table in the rooms, but no other furniture to put suitcases. boho chic feel living room space with TV and loaded kitchen. Coffee machine, microwave...fully stocked with all you need. There are some beach towels, a strong mat, yoga mat and a beach umbrella in closet. (We also left a folding chair to pay it forward...enjoy.) Bathroom very small...just a warning. The unit is upper in a building behind main house and nice little pool in between. Not heated, but nice. Very easy stay and management great to work with...We would stay again!

Weekend Visit

The location is great, close to stores and restaurants. Short walk to the. beach. , The house is located behind the main house with little to no privacy. It was very clean inside. Our only issue was that there was no furniture in the bedrooms besides the beds. We had to keep our luggage on the floor. The bathroom was very small with no place to put anything

Very Good

I was suprised at the fact that the house in in the backyard and a few other things that weren't listed or photographed, but was a very nice apartment. I probably would not have payed as much for what it was vs. what i was expecting but it was still very nice

Close to beach

My family enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It is very basic, but nice and clean. Having the use of the pool was also very nice. It was an easy walk to the beach and nearby restaurants.
