I would like to give this property a positive rating, because it’s a beautiful facility, yet I’m unable to do so for two reasons. The first is due to its front desk charging my credit card after we checked out despite my bill having been paid in full. When I checked in I confirmed with a manager that we had zero balance, because I had read of a similar issue on another review. I checked out early in the morning on my departure date and was told there was a substantial balance. But the clerk said he couldn’t fix it and there was no manager on duty, but that he would inform one when one arrived, and they’d be in contact with me. Needless to say, no contact was made, and my card was charged. I had to call the hotel to get it corrected. Our other issue was with Hayden’s, the onsite restaurant. We had a dinner and breakfast there during our stay. Each time we were seated quickly and food was served promptly. But after we were served, we never saw our servers again, until we called them over for our bills. No beverage refreshments, nothing. And of course, there was an automatic 20% service charge added to our bills. Very disappointing.

Christmas in Jackson Hole

The actual experience was all that we had hoped for. The location alone could not have been better. The room was indeed spacious and clean. The staff could not have been more gracious and accommodating and the amenities were frosting on the cake. In terms of value this one ranks high on our list.
