Everything about this hotel was truly excellent. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming—he even checked me in early because my flight is an early morning flight so I arrived at the hotel ~ 9AM. The room was clean, the housekeeping staff was always cheerful with her good morning, the restaurant servers were attentive, and the front desk team was outstanding. In fact, every staff member I interacted with was friendly, polite, and professional.

Excellent staff. Breakfast and food was great. Unfortunately, this was the second time we’ve stayed here and the room we received had air conditioning that did not work properly. Management tried to fix it multiple times and finally asked us to open our window. Yes, a 5-Star hotel and we had to let the exhaust fumes and road noise in all night. It was a miserable experience with a toddler, but we couldn’t leave as all surrounding hotels were fully booked with a large conference. Radisson was also unable to offer us another room.

Internet was very slow. Five star hotel but we had to use cardboard cups for juice. Cutlery was dirty. We were told to wait when checking in but there was nobody else waiting and staff standing around. Would not stay there again.

The area is good, however the hotel feels old for example the card reader and room cards stop working frequently and need to be exchanged. The breakfast and the executive lounge are the hotel’s strongest points

Front starfish are excellent and very professional a bit small area of sitting at the lobby always busy but that is understandable as the hotel is super busy. Definitely I’d recommend it and likely will consider it if back to same area. Option of breakfast was not as expected I’ll not take it in next time!!
