Everything was great until your cleaning staff decided to use a leaf blower at such an early time of the morning, as we were the only guest on the property and were trying to enjoy mimosas and breakfast snacks sitting outside. They had not one care of it being right in our face and around us. That right there turned it all sour Really?

The hotel was reasonably priced and while a little dated, the rooms were large and clean. The staff was SUPER nice. All in all, a great place to stay a couple nights in the keys at a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend!

I was charged $60 for the resort fee yet the kayaks paddle boards bikes were not available. The dock did not exist.

I want to first brag on the housekeeping. They were very polite and the rooms were very clean. They tried to help as no one was in the office the whole time we were there. I left a message, at least 3, with the office we would like to kayak one or two days while we were there. They did not return the call. The kayaks were all under a tarp put away. The pool was dirty on the bottom. No one ever cleaned it up. No one ever came to clean up the beach area.
