My family and I stayed here for 3 nights, the staff is great. Overall we enjoyed the stay, the pool was enough for my kids and the ocean was right there for them. Seems like they are still working on the outdoor/kitchen area? Food is not available at the facility, but there are restaurants near you, your choices are somewhat limited, especially if you’re traveling with kids. The hotel is in a quiet are away from downtown. One thing you must know, if you travel with more than 4 people, you have to get 2 taxis, doesn’t matter the age (even a baby counts). That made it inconvenient for us to be paying for 2 taxis and limited us from moving around the island to stay within budget. Since the hotel is far from the ferry and downtown, they charge you the higher rate. We had 2 small issues, it rained one day pretty hard so we had a fairly big leak, water came through one of the cool beam support, making a puddle inside the room. One night (we traveled with 3 kids) we fell asleep with the tv on, it wasn’t loud or anything but we all fell asleep watching the movie and we had a noise complaint against my room so be conscious of that. Overall it’s great, depending on what you’re looking for. It was the first time in the island so I didn’t really know how much it was going to cost do activities and stay on budget. It was a great stay for a great price at one of the most beautiful places in Mexico!

Beautiful resort, quiet and stunning beach area. You can walk down the beach for a few restaurants but need a taxi to go to town. Check in was smooth, Gabriella was wonderful. The rooms were spacious, clean, beautiful ocean view.

Beautiful new hotel right at the beach with access to great restaurants, the flamingos and bioluminescence. 20 minutes pleasant walk to downtown walking by the beach is closer. Beds are super comfortable and the view to the ocean from the suite is stunning! Super clean and beautiful contemporary decoration. AC works great. Hot water great! We would love to come back and stay again.

El hotel es hermoso. La vista es increíble. La playa es de las más lindas. El hotel está recién terminado. Todavía le faltan cosas. El personal es muy amable pero no es un hotel. Solo es la habitación. No tiene servicio de hotel. Por la tarifa que pagamos tendrían que estar mejor preparados. Creo que ahora ponen una tarifa promocional por las críticas que recibieron pero nosotros no pagamos una tarifa promocional y a pesar del esfuerzo del personal, todavía le faltaban cosas. Estuve con mi familia en la suite presidencial. Hay un tema con la carpintería y el mosquitero (no cierran, queda abierto unos cm, lo tapan con la cortina) pero yo soy arquitecta y se ve perfecto. Estaba con mis dos hijos chiquitos y la verdad no dormía tranquila. Le faltan accesorios aún como el vaso para los cepillos de dientes. Estantes para poner la ropa. La habitación era grande y linda pero ideal para 2. 4 ahí no teníamos donde poner nuestra ropa. La pasamos muy bien pero todavía le falta. Por una tarifa promocional está perfecto pero si pagaste caro pretendes otros servicios. Holbox es un paraíso pero moverse es un poco incómodo, hay algunas opciones para comer por ahí pero al centro te cobran 200 mexicanos por tramo. El wi fi me funcionaba bien hasta la pileta, en la playa no.

Property is brand new so it has a little bit of lack of amenities. Other than that, it is a beautiful hotel, the room is very spacious and comfortable. The view is amazing and the swimming pool excellent. Location is good and walkable to the city center or other beaches nearby. Last but not least, the staff is very friendly and always willing to help. I highly recommend this hotel.
