Friendly staff. Clean and beautifully kept grounds. The downside was the mini bar was emptied out during our stay and never replenished. It took a really long time for staff to follow up on any issues, sometimes they would forget. Finally, we bought a package for massage and drinks and never got our drinks.

Marco in the restaurant was the best of the best, everyone else was sub standard. Front desk has service issues. New hotel always has its quirks but they need help in every area.
The hotel is almost brand new. The staff definitely needs more training. They would not knock on the door when they would come in for cleaning so they walked in while we were in bed once and another time when I was in the bathroom. They need to learn to knock. Also, for this hotel to charge what they do, their service needs to be better. We were the only ones at the restaurant and it took 15-20 minutes to get a drink. For what they are charging that isn't up to standards. They do keep the facilities nice however we were there when it was relatively cold and the pools were much colder than other hotels we went by. I'm assuming that the other hotels had their pools heated which made their pools usable and ours not. Also, since this is beach front, even if you wash your feet off it is easy to track sand into your room. After cleaning came there was still significant amounts of sand on the flloors which then got into our beds. It is a nice hotel but definitely needs improvements to charge the premiums that they are.
