Beautiful rooms. Great staff. Check in was a little confusing - this hotel is owned by the Awa next door, so check in there. Breakfast was great. Good nearby dining options. Fun to explore!

They treated us very well! We got there early and it started raining Maria was kind let us in until our room was ready.The breakfast was exceptional, both chefs catered to you and cooked what you wanted! I would recommend this hotel with 10 stars! The beach view is gorgeous! The rooms are new and modern.The staff were great !!

Stayed In this space as a couple. When I booked all that was left was the room with the bunk beads and two full beds. Sleeping under the bunk beds was a little awkward but the arrangements would be good for multiple people trying to fit in one room. But the room is small so I feel it would be crowded for more than 3 people. The location is beautiful, right on the water. You hear the waves crashing at night, that helps put you to sleep. It reminded us of a bed and breakfast. The breakfast was great, this was one of our highlights of the stay. And all the staff were amazing. Very friendly and provided us with a lot of suggestions of what to do.

This is more of a airbnb property then a hotel. It was extrey hard to get to the property.. there are no posted signs. Upon arriving we had to wait for the host to show up. The phone number provided in the booking did not work. The room had a good oceannview but that was it. There is no staff on the property after 6pm. The property does not have a beach front. No sun bathing chairs , no sand bar etc. The property is going through construction and renovation and it can get noisy during the day . There was private pool on the roof top . The blower was left on all night.. i couldnt sleep with the loud noise. The property offers a pool on the ground floor but it is extremly slippery and hazardous .. i slipped and almost fractured my face. Again no comcept of signs. The hotel has basic amenties ..no tv etc this hotel is definatley not worth the price or the stars it has recieved.

We had a great stay at Cada Muuch. Big shout-out to the two cooks who prepare amazing a la carte breakfast for the guest each morning.

My husband and I stayed 3 nights on the top floor and loved it! The view of the sunsets from our balcony were phenomenal, breakfasts were phenomenal, the room in general was phenomenal. Common areas around the kitchen and pool were so cozy and inviting. 20 min walk along the beach to get to city center. Or you could call a taxi for about 200 pesos. We also walked along the beach in the opposite direction for about 20-30 min to get the bioluminescent beach. Walks are beautiful so don’t let the time and distance deter you from staying here. The hotel next door has a bar and restaurant on the beach as well so that was super convenient. Perfect for couples. ONLY downside is occasional low water pressure when showering. Other than that, definitely recommend.

Staying here was an absolute dream. I couldn’t have anticipated how perfect it would be. The photos look amazing but they honestly don’t even do it justice. It feels like your own personal house with the best possible location right on the ocean. It’s the only hotel I’ll be staying at on any future trip to Holbox. Jhovany is the manager but he really ends up being more of a friend. He is completely there for you, whatever you need! He waited past his hours to make sure to greet us and he was in constant contact though out our entire stay. He is one of a kind and Casa Muuch is one of a kind. You will not regret staying here for sure!

I was very upset because I paid for a king bed and when I got there they gave us 2 queen beds. And when I complained they put the blame on Expedia. They never moved me to a king bed, in this property they will place wherever they choose

Great place on the beach!

Casa Muuch is a very simple and clean boutique hotel right on the beach, and if you're a breakfast person, you'll love theirs which its included. I had one of the top rooms, with it's own jacuzzi and rooftop patio, and an incredible view, you can actually see the other shore of the island. I had a great time and would go back there for sure. Thanks to everyone there, specially to Karina that was always attentive to anything I could need, and she will do it for you. The location it's also unbelievable.

The breakfast was delicious, and the manager Karina was incredibly helpful in arranging transportation and providing general assistance throughout our stay. After reading some negative reviews, I think I'd put it like this: Casa Muuch is more like a proper Bed & Breakfast than a hotel. It's boutique, which means if you have very loud, rowdy guests staying at the same time then you'll probably hear them. We didn't have any issues with this during our stay, and had a great time. I didn't think the walls were thin, actually all I could hear was the ocean since you're right on the beach. We did see other guests during breakfast, but that was really it! FWIW, you get free access to the beach club next door (although there's a minimum spend once you're there).
