My first time in Puerto Rico with my two children and it was ruined due to the horrible experience. I don’t recommend this place . Manager is rude and inconsiderate. The pictures are not as “luxury “ as mentioned or looks in pictures. this property is meant to steal money from customers.

I couldn't stay in, cause the host said, I didn't paid an extra $90.00 for cleaning fee in advance to have the room ready at the time of the ck-in. This situation was unpleasant because it was never mentioned on the Expedia platform, and in addition, I had to urgently find somewhere to stay because I already had plans which I had to change unexpectedly.

The apartment is in NEED OF SERIOUS MAINTENANCE. THE Mattress covers all had holes and stains it was disgusting. Possible bed bug infestation. The outlets are not covered properly and some have no covers. There were holes in the walls. Roaches crawling on counter in kitchen and in bathroom. It was terrible and then nobody repsonded until the next day. We would not even leave our bags down. We walked in called and didnt get a response and left immediately after taking photos and video. It was the worst place I have seen.

This place is an absolute scam, they asked me for my ID and a zelle payment as a deposit for the property, I waited over 4 hours and was never given any information as to how to access the property. We were locked out past midnight trying to access the place we had already paid the deposit and the nightly fee. We had to contact Expedia and luckily they were able to set us up with accommodations that were not super convenient however we were grateful. I have messaged the owner multiple times with no success nor any refund. It seems like some people have had success booking this place however do not roll the dice as the owners are non-responsive and your deposit is free income for them if you don't get the room. We tried multiple numbers and even expedia could not get a hold of them to remedy the issue.

The apartment was sub par at best. The toilet wasn't working when we got there, had to travel to a local wal.art to buy a plunger. There were missing outlet covers, exposed wires in boxes, loose fixture covers, the door latch to the bedroom wasn't working properly and my wife wound up getting locked in the bedroom. There were inscrt remains stuck on the ceilings, the pull out couch described as a queen was broken and unusable and the matterss on it was filthy. The response i recieved from the property owners was less than satisfactory. The saddest part is with a little bit of tlc this could have been a nice rental. I took pictures to document the conditions. Also there was an additional fee for the code to the building that is not mentioned in the description. We left after the first night of a multi day stay dur to the conditions

Kitchen had roaches. There was no water for 12 hours and host did nothing to provide water to unleast clean the bathroom. Dead cat in front of property. Doors were not secure. (Little push and they open.)The area is very insecure. If electricity is gone (common in this area) is a dead hole. Becuase of lack of water I informed that I was checking out Saturday and they charge me the night. Curtains in main sleeping room were filthy.

This is a fraudulent listing because it is NOT as listed. It also does not adhere to legal and safety requirements for rental. There are multiple violations to safe and legal rental requirements. There are multiple holes in the walls. There are multiple exposed voltage wiring. The pull out sofa was dirty, broken, and moldy. The stairs were broken. The shower had a broken sharp handle, it had no hot water, and it pooled water. There were roaches running around the kitchen. The towels were wet. There were no racks or hooks to hang towels in the bathroom. The doors were broken and did not close or open properly. The host was nom-receptive to feedback and denied all of this that I can verify with pictures.

This place is a scam. The picture that you see is not what you get. The room is ugly and old. The pool is dirty. The bathroom is old and adapted disabled. Around the house they have a big ostrich. I left the same day because I did not feel safe.
