Unfortunately, we had to leave due to a lack of cleanliness. The sheets and pillow covers were dirty, and the smell in the room made it evident that it hadn’t been cleaned in days or weeks. We were unable to sleep and decided to leave right away. It’s sad that I couldn’t cancel my stay.
