Roaches in room, floor coming up especially in bathroom where the roaches were. Walls are thin and you can hear tvs in other rooms all night. Refusal to give a refund after cancelling even with a legitimate concern. No one available at front desk and even absent at times they're supposed to be there. Location is in a ghetto looking area. Stench of cigarettes and marijuana in the air. Room TV remote didn't work. No breakfast. Vending machines expensive.

The room was clean and the water pressure was good. Nice service and perfect heat temperature in the room. Bed was nice Cons Ice was still there and had to watch your step. It was kinda nosie. It was a good stay. I would stay there again if I needed too.

Nearly every single room the Wi-Fi is unusable. The speeds are so slow that any device connected to the Wi-Fi can barely load a standard quality video. I wish the motel would invest in some better Wi-Fi. Also, the microwave turntables do not rotate on at least half the microwaves making it a pain to microwave food evenly and cook it properly.

The room wasn't very clean. The air/heat blower was so loud I had to leave it off because it was too loud to sleep. I paid a $35 deposit when I checked in and was told the deposit would be refunded when I checked out if there was no damage to the room. I got a $25 credit rather than the $35 I paid. I called for 2 days trying to speak with someone at the hotel and when someone answered she said the reason they kept my $10 was because my towels were stained. That couldn’t be because all I did was take a shower and I don't even wear makeup that could possibly do this. She kept saying they had to buy new towels so that was what the $10 charge was for.

This place is absolutely filthy. The bed mattress isn’t a mattress. It’s a 4 inch thick with no box spring sorry excuse for a mattress. The entire place wreaked of marijuana. The parking lot is ridiculously full of pot holes. The swimming pool is filled in with concrete. The upper security door was propped open by the cleaning staff all evening. The hallway was filthy. The bathroom door was so water damaged that it delaminated. The blankets had cigarette burns in them and the bathroom towels were so small they couldn’t wrap halfway around me. The kitchenette had nothing in it. No glasses, plates etc. they were all empty. I strongly recommend you pick a better place.
