✔ All types of cookware and utensils, including insta-pot, kettle, toaster, dinnerware, and utensils, are thoughtfully provided to ensure you’re well prepared ahead for any recipes.
✔ Start your morning with a fresh brew from our drip coffee maker or enjoy a steaming cup of tea (ground coffee, sugar, creamer, and tea provided).
✔ Spacious dining table seats 6 comfortably, with additional seating for two in the kitchen. We have a high chair available for the little one that tags along.

✔ Keep your packing light as we provide paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, trash bags, toilet paper, hand soap, laundry pods, and many more essential toiletries.
✔ Staying for a couple of days and need to keep your clothes fresh? Help yourself to our in-unit washer and dryer as well as the iron and ironing board, all available for your convenience.
✔ Fresh bath and bed linens are provided!
✔ Staying in? Start up a board game or unwind with a quiet book in the serene backyard while enjoying the creek flowing by.
✔ Technology: Ultra-fast Wifi, Nest Thermostat, SMART TV with YouTube TV (including ESPN, HGTV, Food Network and more).
✔ Working from Home? We got you covered. We provide two separate dedicated workspaces. A desk is set up in the master bedroom and the second bedroom which provides privacy and quiet for those busy days and ideal for business travelers.

PET FRIENDLY:
✔ Only dogs are allowed in this house.
✔ Dogs are subject to host approval and require a $100 pet fee per pet to cover additional cleaning costs.
✔ We have a fenced backyard that your dogs can use but must be on leash or supervised out of respect for our neighbors. You are responsible to clean up pet waste in the yard. Pets are not allowed on furniture and must be crated if left unattended.

Guest access
When you stay in this beautiful home, you have the whole space to yourself. You can use all of the rooms and amenities, including the washer and dryer, WiFi, and bathroom essentials. The entire house is available for your use except the garage and the locked owner's closets. Please do not park in the garage. You can park two cars in the driveway, along with plenty of additional street parking.

Contactless check-in via key coded door locks. The door code will be provided to you one day prior to your check-in date, along with detailed check-in and check-out instructions.

Other things to note:
Our home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and is not suitable for parties and large, loud gatherings. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the property.

Please note: We do not provide ice or filtered water for drinking. We ask that you do not use the indoor fireplace and the garage. We have security surveillance cameras on the exterior of the property. Any moving, removing, and/or tampering with the security cameras will result in a fee of $500.

Only dogs are allowed in our pet friendly home. Dogs must be house trained and clean. Dogs are not allowed on the beds, other furniture or the hot tub and must be crated if left alone in the house. No other pets are allowed unless previously agreed to by the host. Pet fee for each dog will be $100 each.

Please note that we do not provide ice or filtered water for drinking.

WINTER DRIVING

We cannot control the weather and no refunds will be given due to trip cancellations, interruptions, or inconveniences caused due to unforeseeable weather conditions; therefore, we recommend the purchase of Travel Insurance for all planned vacations. Travel Insurance will protect your Investment in the event of weather events that would make roads impassable to vehicles or the property uninhabitable due to damages caused by natural disasters.

COVID Cleaning: Our home is professionally cleaned. All doorknobs, light switches, drawer pulls, remote controls, faucet handles etc. are sanitized. Where possible, we allot a 24-hour buffer between guests.

NOTE:
Please be aware that while we ensure that all furniture is well-maintained, it's important to use it responsibly and carefully to prevent any accidents. We advise you to take a moment upon arrival to familiarize yourself with the space and use all items as intended.

Please note that as per our house rules and VRBO's policy, the host is not responsible for any injuries incurred at the property. Your safety is important to us, so if you notice any potential safety issues upon check-in, please inform us immediately so we can address them.
