We enjoyed our stay in one of the unique train rooms. This is a nice, well-maintained hotel. We enjoyed the easy walk ability to downtown restaurants and attractions.

Super clean rooms, friendliest staff! Only “complaint” isn’t even the hotel’s fault. There is a lot of construction going on that blocks off roads leading to Crowne Plaza.

Hotels.com shows a picture of a pool. This hotel no longer has a pool, it was taken out many years ago. The amenities does not list a pool but I had overlooked that due to seeing a picture of it.

Great stay

This was our third time staying at the Crowne Plaza. We obviously like it admit has b come our go to when we need to visit downtown Indy. It’s always nice, super clean and close to where we need to go. This time, we were disappointed to find out the pool was gone. Pools are always important for us when choosing a hotel b/c we have a younger child who likes to swim and it’s always an added bonus for when we have down time.

In the middle things

Work trip-show at the convention center. Hotel and convention center very close to many things-basketball arena, football arena, restaurants and more. Hotel has very nice atmosphere (in a train station). Room and especially bed were very comfortable

Super clean and quiet. Great location if you’re going to an event at Lucas Oil Stadium. Front desk staff members were friendly and accommodating. Surrounded by construction and valet parking is your only option. Overall, it was a great place to stay.
