Work together.

We booked online with you a room with 2 queen beds. When we checked in they had us in a king bed with single pull out because they were out of rooms. So what was my reservation for?. My son is 6”9 300 and the pullout ruined his sleep and we were there for a football visit. Hotels need to work with hotels.com better because it seems like they hate each other. They say it’s a third party booking so we can’t help and can’t care. It’s bad

Everything was very clean. The only thing that I had a problem with was some of the staff weren’t so friendly. The head manager was the most friendliest woman. She even offered to take photos of my family and I before going to my children’s graduation. The breakfast tasted pretty good although the woman that made it was definitely not very friendly. The beds were pretty comfortable and the rooms were clean no stains on sheets or anything like that I felt comfortable laying in it. I wish we were there long enough to utilize the pool and gym area, but we did not have enough time.

It was a nice stay. My boyfriend and I decided on this property at the last minute being tired from a long drive. It actually turned out to be a gem. The staff was nice, the room was beautiful, and the breakfast was delicious.
