My reservation wasn’t same as booked. Room was very dated.

Very friendly staff upon check in. Staff also went out of their way to say hello and even have fun with us when we passed through the lobby. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was a bit small, but very clean and has been updated. We'd stay here again without hesitation.

The staff was very nice. After having a bad experience they were a delight. My only issue was I requested a non smoking room. The room did not smell like smoke but the floor smelled awful. As soon as you walk off the elevators, it hit you . I will likely stay there again but will request not to be on the 2nd floor.

This hotel needs a renovation. The one elevator that was available was slow and took a long time for the door to open. So the stairs were used by most people. Rooms and especially bathrooms (tub liners were coming up and bubbling) are in need of a refresh. The restaurant "buffet" was honestly the worst food I've had. For $19 plus tax, you get what seemed like the reheated (barely) leftovers from the week before. My wife and I had one bite and then waited for half an hour for someone to come by to ask for the check. No drinks refills. Really a not-so-good stay here.

Staff and Jeff especially at front desk check in were very friendly and went above the typical business as usual mode. Jeff really was great!

The hotel appeared dated. The bed in my room have seen its better day; the mattress would not stay on the bed.

The staff was very friendly in helping me park and find my room.

We arrived late and were happy that they had food service in their bar until 11pm.

Facility was clean and beautiful to stay in. Loved the patio and lobby area. The refrigerator was missing in one of my rooms and no one helped us out with it either.

Stayed here to attend Billy Joel concert at Bankers Fieldhouse. 15 minutes drive to concert. Great drinks and appetizers in the bar. Super Friendly staff. Clean and welcoming. Starbucks at the lobby bar for breakfast.

This place met all my expectations, the staff was friendly. I got lost in the beginning because they added on an additional building I asked one of the staff member where my room was and they took me right to it. The room was clean big and very nice ! The bed was super comfortable. I would definitely stay here again !!
