Ms. Glendoris customer service skills where amazing. She mad me fell at home. The Marriott was clean and updated. Well stocked gift shop. Close to the interstate. There a good tropical vibe that the place gives. Hidden gem for sure!! I do recommend this to others and will stay again.
I had a nice time here. The Elite concierge Glendoris was the nicest person I’ve ever met. I’m very familiar with the area, and never realize that such elegant place existed here The spa was nice too, lol.

Glendoris was killing it in the lobby! Greeting everyone! Great location, thought it was a brand new hotel but just recently went through a fabulous renovation! Fireplace in the lobby was fantastic, well maintained! Thanks for the hospitality!

I met Glendoris while I was visiting the hotel, she was WONDERFUL!!!! She got me Starbucks and showed me around, gave me ideas to do while in the area. The hotel is beautiful and very cozy, would recommend
Thanks Glendoris for being so helpful and taking a picture of me and my daughter! Your hospitality was AWESOME! I ordered room service...fast and good sandwich. Buffets were very delicious! Clean rms.
This was my 3rd stay at this property. The hotel is very well kept, rooms clean and service is very good. I really appreciate the service given by Glendoris the concierge. She ensures that I am well taken care of.
The hotel lobby is very nice and has a large gas fireplace as you enter. The staff is very helpful. The breakfast at the hotel was very good. The room was clean, but the very tiny bathroom was a shock. You could barely turn around inside it. The tub shower water pressure was so low you could not take a decent shower. The heating unit was so old and made so much noise we had to turn it off to talk on our phone or watch TV. It was 15 degrees outside so we had to keep turning the unit on and off to keep warm. The beds were very comfortable, but we were on the side facing the highway and with the road noise it was hard to sleep. The bartender was excellent. He knew his spirits and beers and made some very good recommendations for our group. I understand the hotel is updating so I hope that includes enlarging the bathrooms and replacing the heating and air conditioning units.
To put it bluntly,I was not thrilled with this hotel. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean, but appeared old with some cosmetic changes.(the room not the staff). The hotel entrance was beautiful and inviting, but unless they allow me to put a mattress there it does me no good. The bathroom was so small that the old joke about shaving, showering, and using the toilet at the same time came to mind. And the lack of hot water was definitely unexpected. I actually let the hot water run in the sink for ten minutes and still could not get sufficient hot water. My wife called the front desk on our first night and requested a wake up call and she never received it. These are not unreasonable expectations for a hotel. My son and his wife stayed at the Holiday Inn Express near this hotel and loved it. We went over to see their room and couldn't believe the amenities they received for $6 more. We would have stayed there but they were booked and both brands are suitable. It always appears to me that the more money for a room, the less you receive. I enjoy my morning coffee while I read the paper and want to do it out of the room so I don't disturb my wife, but no coffee was available. Not even a small continental breakfast. I know, I know - the hotels with a restaurant never serve anything unless you are in the restaurant. To put it bluntly, I will not stay at this hotel when I come next year.
