The hotel was a good choice for us because we came to Indy to go to the Colts game. We were about a half mile away so we walked to and from the game. Walking back at night was no problem. We felt very safe.

Everything was great until at 9 am housekeeping started slamming doors in the hallway. And then the icing on the cake was that they walked into my room at 9:30. Checkout isn’t until 11am so we had more than an hour before they should have assumed we were gone. When they realized we were still in the room they just walked out with no apology.
