I stayed here several times in the past without any problems but this particular time the check-in was extremely rude barely said two words to me at check-in.

I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past, probably at least 10. The staff is always been friendly and the rooms have been clean, until today. When I checked in the staff member was ridiculously rude she hardly said two words to me at check-in. I also requested a first floor room, as I always do, it was denied to me without explanation. I was told 'there's an elevator'. I won't stay here again primarily because of the rudeness of the person checking me in.
