I had little interaction with staff however, the young woman at reception was very pleasant. I stayed in a Queen room. It was spacious and well appointed with chairs and a table, tea and coffee making facilities (a coffee machine), a microwave oven and a 'kitchen' sink. The bathroom was also well-fitted out. The room was very clean and tidy.

Great location in Huskisson. Easy check in & parking. We had a lovely view with balcony. Bed comfortable & shower powerful. Handy to have Netflix access. Only issues we had were - walls were a bit thin, next door smoked on balcony which drifted in so had to close window & on one morning the bin wagons came very early which woke us. But still a lovely spot & worth the money!
