I liked everything about the hotel except the bathroom was very small. We also could not find any vending machines and the ice machine on the 5th floor did not work. Staff was nice and polite. It was super convient for us being at the airport!

Good but not the standard we were expecting.

Comfy beds and spacious room. Bath was very small and door was peeling, sink drained very slow. Not quite the standard of most Sheratons, but still good. Very good to be at airport for convenience.

Excellent well maintained property. The room was very spacious and bed was really comfortable. Slept great, as the rooms were very quiet. And bathrooms were really clean with many amenities. Would definitely stay here again due to convenience of airport access and excellent well maintained property with an amazing staff.

The staff in the hotel, were great. However, the restaurant staff and management were absolutely horrible. Very expensive food that was poorly made. Supervisors managers, and overall hotel management was completely rude, accusatory, incompetent. I will never stay at this hotel nor recommend the restaurant. Should’ve got food from the vending machine.

Our stay was wonderful, however because you do not have two beds in a handicap room we were did not have access to those manatees. I personally don’t want to sleep with my caregiver.

On line said it was close to the space Ctr 10 miles away It’s located in the airport. Front desk staff were the best. Friendly, out going and extremely professional. Maintenance staff was less the friendly. I think they felt put out to help fix my tv. Apparently a lot of folks has issues figuring the remote out.
