We had a wonderful week at this beach house. The location is the best we’ve had with minimal population on the beach, peaceful neighborhood, lots of nearby restaurants and shopping. The layout of the house was very comfortable and we enjoyed every bit of it. Easy clean up with working dishwasher and clothes washer/dryer. Great for multiple ages. We definitely would like to come back!

The property offered a wonderful panoramic ocean view with both a deck and patio suitable for dining and grilling. The exterior was clean, well organized, and had a modern, well equipped kitchen. Important to us was it was family and dog friendly. All communication was clear and friendly. We will definitely be returning!

Charming Seashore Escape

Christmas Delight

We really enjoyed staying at this property during Christmas! It was right on the beach and closely located to everything. Also, the hosts were extremely friendly, making the whole process so much easier. Definitely recommend!

Great Location

This house is in a perfect location. In addition to being right on the beach, it is walking distance from a few great restaurants and in a great area in general. The house itself was nice, smaller beds in a couple rooms, but that was expected and fine for us. Unfortunately there was a known plumbing issue when we arrived that made the master bathroom unusable, but the host made the upstairs property available for bathroom use temporarily. The issue took longer to address than we were hoping, but we were able to work around it. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider it again in the future.

Sunset Beach north

Did not have essential items for family/ group of 7 for 6 days. One dish towel, 2 rolls paper towels, etc. No vacuum, 2 garbage bags, no cleaning supplies, no toilet plunger. Worst issue...3 hours after we arrived after noticing black in master bathtub and in toilet upon flushing sewer began backing up into tub and from toilet. Plummers left around 1030pm. Said they fixed issue. Next am same issue but now the master bathroom was flooding with sewer water. Plummer fixed by 3ish. House reeked of sewage after that up until the day we checked out. We were disgusted to walk on floors. Property managers were nice. Unit in need of upkeep and updated furniture. Upstairs neighbors had loud kids. Floors are really loud. Could hear every step and movement of chairs. Overall hot and smelly. 1 fan. No air conditioning.

Great house and location but the listing definitely needs improvement.

This house was a great location. However from the time we booked seemed like it left a sour taste in our mouths . The property Mgr Kay was extremely nice and responded quickly. When we booked our trip for 4th of July we got a email two days later that the fee had not been adjusted for those days and we COULD cancel or pay $500 more a night for 5 days . At that point my family was in and airlines booked . We had no choice so we continued with our stay. Check in came and cleaning crew raced up 30 min before check in . For the price we paid I was disappointed in the cleanliness and quality. The two large windows that show the beautiful ocean (main reason this unit was so amazing )were so dirty we could not see out of them. No cleaning supplies around so we had to use a mop, dish soap and a bowl to throw water on it to clean it from the outside. In the living area the couch was ripped , grease spots all over it and a dirty carpet below with no vacuum in sight.. Not enough comfortable(couch) seating for a party over 4 adults . Molding falling off the kitchen island everytime you walked by and there were ants all over the master bath .(not a big issue it happens)I could smell bug spray but nothing left behind to kill them so we had to go buy ant spray . Paper supplies were very minimal for our large party and 5 days of staying there .The bedding was very comfortable and clean though. Neighbor to the North mean mugged us all week(we were party of 6 in bed before dark, no loud partying ) and she was standing in front of our unit taking pictures while we were sitting there looking at her. No hose outside to wash our feet or the patio off. The canopy, umbrella and chairs were all broken..It was just cheap quality furniture for a small unit on the beach. Listing orginially said Ac and back patio lights and there was no ac and patio lights did not work Expected a little more but the minimal reviews over the last 6 months speak for itself. It was ok but wouldnt stay there again for that price unless it was cleaned up.

Lovely beach side condo

We really enjoyed the stay and the location! The property has a beautiful beach side view as seen in the pictures, and it's walkable to shopping and restaurants. Kay made it possible to arrive a bit early because the place wasn't occupied the night before, which we really appreciated. The beds were comfortable, and it had beach equipment and chairs. It seems to be a new listing, so the place is not yet fully equipped with kitchen supplies, and there was construction happening in the upstairs units. It also does not have window coverings in the living room, which might be an issue for people wanting more privacy at night. Overall we give it a 4.5 or 5* rating and would stay again. Thanks!
