We checked out around 11 and left our bags. We returned around 3:30, planning to stay in the lobby for an hour until our best left, somewhat wet because of the rain. The staff allowed us to use an uncleaned room for an hour at no charge to change and clean up. That was really nice of them!

The staff are lovely people and very willing to help, with whatever you need. Taxis etc. We only stayed one evening. But they were great! The area is very busy outside, but we didn't hear any of the craziness in our room.

amazing hotel, staff and owner

We were warmly welcomed by the hotel staff when we arrived. They immediately helped us with our luggage. My, Thao, Hien and Ann and the other staff helped us with everything we needed from breakfast to sorting out our visa extension. The room was very clean, the bathroom was spotless and their service was absolutely great. The hotel owner who was finding it hard to speak english was trying express how welcome we are which I think was an absolute plus. She made sure that we were treated well and even took a photo with me. We were meant to order one meal for the free breakfast but they told us we can order as many as possible as all their guest are special to them. This is a great plus as we're always very hungry in the morning.

Convenient, quiet location

Very nice hotel for a good price! Staff were super helpful and friendly. Lovely welcome drink and fruit plate, and also tea while we waited for a scooter rental. Clean, nice rooms. Good convenient location near food, shopping etc but on a quieter side street. Also not far from the city sights by bike/scooter. My only criticism is the hard bed. Nevertheless, I slept very well.

Nice hotel, be careful of certain front desk girls

Great hotel, very clean, great breakfast service and location. Beds are hard but this seems to be the theme in Vietnam hotels. Again I booked 4 rooms for my family. We had 3 booked but had to book 1 more on site. After some phone calls to the front desk girls manager we were able to get the price shown on Hotels.com. All the staff were great except the young lady at the front desk working the night we checked in on 28th around 6pm. She tried to up sell me for tour tickets and charged me a fee when she convinced me to exchanged money with her. She charged me $10 while on the next day the other young lady didn't charge my father, sister or brother. Very bad business to have someone like that on your team, disappointing. The other young ladies during the day were excellent. Nice little hotel but be cautious of the service, at least from the night shift young lady.

Decent place to stay for families

Our family enjoyed staying in the family room. It was spacious enough for 4 of us. There was a smell of maybe paint or something else, which was bothering us sometime. Sometimes noise from the hallway can be heard. Overall we had good stay, hotel staff was very helpful and the breakfast was decent. I would recommend this place for families.

I enjoyed my stay very much. The room was clean and came with complimentary water, tea and coffee. They also had snacks, soft drinks,and beer available for a reasonable price. The staff was super friendly, I got a map and all the sights to see were pointed out to me. Also breakfast was included! And it was good! I would stay here again!
