This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with strictly enforced noise ordinances. We welcome respectful guests seeking relaxation, but this is not a party house.

• No events allowed
• Five exterior cameras monitor the front entrance, side entrances, garage, and backyard. There are no cameras inside the home.

We have 5 exterior security cameras in the front door, garage door, and side backyard areas. They will be on during guest stay and will be used for security and/or to monitor that our policies are adhered to.

- No noise after 9PM. This is the most quiet neighborhood with strict HOA. Neighbors will complain and call patrol/ police for any noise disturbance after 9PM
- Swim at your own risks. Please supervise your kids at all times when they use the pool or are near the grill.
- Pet fee $150. Two pets maximum.
- NO STUDENT/ DISRUPTIVE PARTIES. VIOLATION PENALTY $500
- In the case of undisclosed pets and/ or additional guests without approval, your reservation will be immediately terminated without refund.
- NO smoking; VIOLATION PENALTY $500
- No illegal substances/ activities allowed on the property.

This is a peaceful and quiet neighborhood with strictly enforced ordinances. If you plan to throw a loud party, please look elsewhere.

POOL RULES:
- Pool hours: 8 AM - 9PM
- Guests assume acknowledge the presence of a pool on site and assume all responsibility for use including responsibility for the safety of children and minors under the age of 18.
- Children and minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times while in pool area. Swim diapers required for children that are not potty trained
-Enjoy the swimming pool but swim at your own risk. No running, diving, or glass in the pool area. No children swimming without adult supervision.
