The staff was very friendly and helpful. They always greeted us with a smile and answered any questions we had. The rooms were clean and everything properly except for the refrigerator. It froze anything we put in it. My daughter said her fridge did the same thing but maybe we just needed to turn the temperature down. We were always in a hurry and just didn’t bother with it. I opened a can of soda I had in the fridge, that was partially frozen and pressurized from the flight, and it exploded all over me and on all the bedding. Two front desk staff members, who were not part of housekeeping, came in immediately and changed out all the bedding. That was very nice of them to do that! Our stay was pleasant and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Holiday Inn Pros and Cons

The grounds and pool area was very well kept. Breakfast was ok but could be better. The couch in the room had a lot of stains on ot, not cery inviting. The room did not have a pen and pad for notes, the tvs have been changed out and were not hooked up to the internet. You have log onto your own smart phone to the hotel wi-fi in order to axess steaming devices or access the Direct TV. It is a lot of steps wity no directions in the room or passcode. We had to ask for help the day of check in and then again the next day. Guests should be able to turn on the tv and the provided cable service is accessable right away. But, the eveining and morning front desk associates were amazing and helped us out with the process. A big thank you to them!

Very clean Hotel. Front desk staff named Crystal was very welcoming, very friendly and approachable when checking me in and throughout my entire stay. The breakfast was great consistently on a daily basis with various options. The Costa coffee machine was the highlight of the complimentary breakfast and the kitchen staff were always present to assist and replenish the food. It was a great experience and I highly recommend this location to everyone.
