Hotel overall was clean and staff was courteous. The spa was great! We enjoyed facials and massages for my sister's birthday 🎉 The only downside to this hotel is they charge for parking 🤑 However, you can go in/out throughout the day.

The phone line was never working during the entire time of our stay, so there were no in-house servers available, such as no tea bags were available after the initial two were used. The only contact available was by our own phone text message to the hotel front desk, and we needed to go to the front desk to get any supplies for the room personnel if don't want to wait for a long time. Never have a such a bad experience in my life. before
