Swimming pool had green algae. Bathroom somewhat clean bathtub was heavily stained and dirty. Mini fridge in room leaking large amounts of water. Let the front desk know about it. The Indian lady could barely understand what we were asking for to happen. Got back from our activity water all over the floor still. We used what white existing towels we had available where we cleaned the water up ourselves. We Let the staff know they didn’t have really any concern. No refund given for our night stay there. Will never stay at that at that Motel 6 again. And will not give them a good rating if anyone ever asked me, David Patterson, 479-925-5377.

Deluxe room did NOT come with jacuzzi tub as advertised in pictures, Wasn't even the same building pictured..Mattress had springs poking up everywhere and only had 3 flat ass pillows. Wouldn't recommend....

Was definitely not as advertised at all and not even close to looking like the hotel in the pictures. We literally checked in and went to the room and in under 5 minutes we checked out. Ended up having to book another room at a different hotel next door that was much nicer and felt much safer than this one. Would not recommend to anyone unless you are looking for a sketchy hotel that you don’t feel comfortable staying at or safe in and want your best odds at having bed bugs.

We live off the grid and are used to Doing Without and Making Do, but couldn't endure Room B209 at Motel 6 Lookout Point Hot Springs. The room wasn't clean - sticky spill over the surfaces, bathroom had gobs of hair etc. The balcony had great views but also was falling apart (cracked cement, wood needed nailed down, very old trash hadn't been swept up...) Condom wrapper and dirt inside nightstand drawer. The lobby was locked most times we tried to access it around 6:30pm and 9:00am but sometimes (not always) there was a staff member at a ticket window if we knocked on it. She said they didn't have laundry staff then, so she had to leave the desk to do double duty. Maybe the managers are having a bad day but to us it looked more like long-term poor maintenance of the rooms. Cigarette smoke and weed smoke infiltrated our room even though signs are posted prohibiting smoking on the property. The location was gorgeous with views of lakeside and foliage, sailing boats. It would have been nice to stay but we cut our trip short and went home after the first horrible night on the hard bed with creaking springs. Awake most of the night. I ended up cleaning the room myself just to get to use some of it for the first night. There was only one chair at the room table so my husband stood up to eat dinner. No balcony furnishings. The ticket window lady was nice enough to refund our money for the 2nd night we didn't stay.

Staff was okay and responsive. Building and property is super run down, rooms inside are dirty. When we removed the sheets ,there was a spider on the bed. Area around is beautiful, but wouldn’t stay here again!

The rooms were dirty, with poop smeared on the wall beside the bed, and on the curtains. The tub had no stopper, so my 5 year old grandson couldn’t take a bath. Both rooms were smoking, while I had reserved both non smoking. There was a plastic bowl holding up one of ghe microwaves, one door had the lock completely broken off, The stairs are slanted, which caused me to fall when I was going back down, causing me to break a bone in my leg ( and yes, I have proof from the ER). To add insult to injury, they submitted a third charge, charging me almost $100 over my GUARANTEED price. They do not answer their phone or emails.
