I waited 37 minutes for someone at the front desk to check in. When the attendant arrived, no apology or acknowledgement to the fact that i had to wait that long. Called the number posted multiple times only to get a recording. The door does not seal properly letting in tons of light, same with the window shades. Disappointing stay.

Room and the bathwoom were very clean. Had a comfortable stay. Bed size did not feel like queen, it was full size bed. My biggest complain was the breakfast. It is supposed to run till 9:30am, but at just 9 the eggs and potatoes ran out and they said they wouldn't refill it. Breakfast is part of the room charge, nothing comes free. So it was very unprofessional and cheap to not have the main breakfast items even till the entire service time. If they dont want to keep breakfast till 9:30, they should change the timings, not stop service

AC in room barely worked, fan in bathroom only worked every once in a while, half of the buttons on the safe didn't work. Was told we couldn't check in early because our room was dirty, but the hotel was literally empty (we even asked one of the employees we saw several times walking around on the first day). The hot tub broke halfway through our stay, but then worked again that evening? We spoke to maintenance the night before and he said all was good and had a cart he pushed around with him. We did not see him the day it "broke". We think they shut it off because the hotel was empty.

The room was dirty and carpet was stained. Hot tub (which was an amenity we specifically wanted) didn’t work. It didn’t get hot and the jets didn’t work. The rail into the hot tub was loose and could cause someone to fall. The air system in the room made noises throughout the night. We had stayed here before and loved it, whatever has changed has changed for the worse. Breakfast buffet was decent and breakfast worker was very friendly.

Extrmely horrible customer service, I am even ashamed to associate them with the Holidayy Inn brad, the receptionist Abby was extremely rude , I brought this to the GM Britney's knowledge as well and requested a call back a week ago yet I have not heard back from her this clearly shows how much they value their clientele. The lady in the morning at the front desk was pleasant her name was Tarah. I wish rest of the staff had her biz acumen and customer service skills.

We arrived later in the evening and found out the pool was closed, booked the property for an indoor pool. Then go to our room to find a burnt out entry way light. No maintenance person to help. Room was very dark. Beds were hard as a rock. Very expensive
