Did not love this hotel. Staff were rude, extra $88 a night undisclosed for parking and resort fee, always trying to sell you something on the way out the door, lobby bathrooms out of order, pool closes at 9 and at 9:59 for checkout we opened the door and the cart was there coming in. Just always felt stressed!!!! It’s a no fir me.

The place is excellent for attending a conference in the area (if you are looking for a beach hotel, there are plenty of them that closer to the beaches). We had an ocean view full-kitchen room on 12th floor had a really nice view of the park and ocean. We usually cook our food during travels, and kitchen was sufficiently quipped for that. The air conditioning was a bit loud but in December it is better to sleep with windows open in any case.

Over all the hotel is clean and nice. But 40$ valet parking per night it’s crazy. And Expedia mentioned breakfast included which is not correct. Hotel personnel said they can’t do nothing about it since they have no connection with Expedia

Didn’t allow to early check in! Terrible service! Maids were not polite! Finish running the marathon an wouldn’t let us do a late check out! Called our room and told us to leave! Will never return to this hotel and book ever! Much better hotels in Waikiki!

Wonderful front desk and nice big room with kitchen. There are beautiful cups and plates too. So nice to have beach towel rental(it’s free) and nice orange / lemon infused water at the lobby and pool area. I would love to stay again !!! Highly recommend:)!

The shower was broken and the lights in the living room never turned off. The most disappointing night. I had been working for 13 hours and all I wanted was a hot shower after a long day, but I was sadly disappointed by a broken shower head. I had to sit down and pour water on my head with a cup. Sad.

A quick 5 minute walk to the best stretch of beach! We loved our home away from home. The fully stocked kitchen and spacious suite really made our stay quite comfortable. The staff really exemplified the Aloha spirit and provided such great hospitality. We will definitely be staying here again for our future trips to Honolulu.
