Luana hotel

Luana was a really good choice for Waikīkī. It is a great location, has comfortable beds and rooms with nice balconies. It’s reasonably priced and has a nice pool area that is rooftop and private.

We were quite happy with the hotel and enjoyed our stay very much! One suggestion, however, is that should be written directions for using the microwave and the oven toaster. And it should mention you can’t use both at the same time.

beware construction next door

No complaints about the hotel itself. However, there is demolition work happening next door, causing a lot of noise—almost unbearable during the daytime. They should consider offering a deeper discount to customers due to the disruption. I slept well at night, but it was difficult to focus on work during the day.

The breakfast was great and you can tell the two women I encountered working the buffet, cared about their job. They took great pride in keeping everything stocked, fresh and clean. Good job ladies!!

I really enjoyed my stay here! It was also super nice to have a sushi restaurant attached and shopping right next door. The beach was a comfortable walk away. Close enough to walk to most things.
