Lotus atcFiamondhead

Located in location with no nearby restaurants. Closest was a 15 minute walk. No umbrellas available to rent for beach, though chairs and towels were provided. Crack in sink should be repaired. Entry to room with keycard extremely difficult.

Staff was super friendly and the location was good as it was a bit further away from the busy Waikiki center. What I didn’t like was the resort fee which enabled you to receive certain things like beach bikes and chairs but of which I was never informed of. I was just told that there would be a fee which sounded like a standard fee to me. They charge this fee per day regardless of usage.

The people working at the hotel were very friendly and available. They answered our questions and were available to loan us beach chairs, towels, good restaruants, and advice. The hotel was convenient for beaches, and places to eat. We were able to walk to both. The hotel gave us two free small gifts of snacks.
