The Ala Moana Hotel Condo was entirely remodeled in 2016.

Nightly condo rental rate does not include one-time registration fee of $50 and a standard $25 per night resort fee, all paid directly to the hotel front desk. The Condo is located in a luxury hotel which charges a resort fee for the use of its five-star amenities as noted above.

When we arrived at the property after 14 hours of traveling, we found everything to be unacceptable. The bathroom had not been cleaned, there was no hangers in the closet, and years of toxic cleaning products (77) were left on the bathroom floor and cabinet next to the mini fridge. The unit was advertised as having a kitchenette. There is no sink or counter space. How can one cook or clean dishes with this condition. We had to eat all our meals out. They did deliver ant hangers during our week stay. VRBO will not issue a refund unless there were bedbugs. We are now leaving this he'll hole after an unpleasant "vacation". I recommend that you spend the same amount of money and stay at the Hilton Hawaiian Village

Great location. Walking distance to the beach, the mall, bus, Walmart, walgreens and lots of places to eat. The room had everything you needed. Perfect stay!!
