The house is very clean. Swimming pool and the back yard are like little oasis. Location is great , access to the beach is just across the street. We loved stayed in this property and we highly recommend it!

The host was great. We were excited to get to the house. Extremely disappointed in the pool. Called ahead of booking. Guaranteed the pool was heated to 85 degrees. It was only 65 degrees! The last day before leaving it did get to 80 degrees. It wouldn’t have been so bad had I not called before booking and confirmed it. House was fine and as shown. Just felt lied to just to get me to book.

Outstanding house!

This house exceeded our expectations on every level. We were blown away at how clean it was. Literally spotless. Beautifully decorated. The house is stocked with everything you could want. Proximity to the beach is amazing. Under 5 minute walk. Walking distance to restaurants, souvenir shops, coffee, etc. The house is very spacious. Having three bathrooms was great for our family of four. Pool and backyard were great. Four beach chairs (two were on the smaller side), a boogie board, and beach wagon in backyard. The backyard grill worked great and we enjoyed eating outside. The sliding doors are alarmed and go off every time you open them (unless you hit the bypass button) but great peace of mind for families with little ones. There are no carbon monoxide detectors so be sure to bring your own (we bought cheap ones on Amazon). Sea La Vie was beautiful. We all agreed that when we come back to AMI one day, we would want to stay in this same house. This house is top notch!

Under equipped; need rugs at doors, pavers over rock to walk on to pool, not enough indoor hanging hooks, kitchen ok but no extras ( salt/pepper, coffee filters etc, need a mop, an outdoor shower is a must for a beach house (none)

Time in paradise w family

The size of the house was fine. Everything was clean and seemed new.The pool was warm and the backyard was spacious and lovely.I would recommend this for a family- kids & grankids!

The Perfect House + Location

What an amazing property!! We had the best time visiting Anna Maria Island, all thanks to our time staying at Sea La Vie! From a location perspective, it was so close to walk to the beach (stunning beach), the shops, and local eats! Within minutes of highly recommended places (The Ugly Grouper, Hurricane Hanks, The Doctor’s Office, etc.) and it was a short drive/golf cart ride to either side of the island! We will be coming back to make even more amazing family memories :)

Great house

Beautiful house that was perfect for our family of 5. House was super clean and easy walk to the beach. The wagons were perfect for carting our beach stuff and our littles. Only "complaint" is lack of beach chairs/umbrella. We flew in so couldn't bring any with us and the chairs provided were in pretty bad shape/ super small. Overall great house and location and would definitely come back!

Clean house, perfect location!

We have vacationed in AMI the last few summers and this is by far our favorite rental! Check in was easy, house was super clean, and you can’t beat the location! So close to the beach AND walking distance to several of our favorite restaurants. The only “bad” things were the beach chairs were in very rough condition and the pool wasn’t vacuumed.

After looking for a month I decided on this house and I’m so glad we did! The location was perfect, the house was clean and beautiful! We had the best time, and truly enjoyed staying in this beautiful house. Just book it! You’ll be glad you did

Location location

Can't beat the location. Even closer to beach entrance than it looks. Super convenient to shops. We had a golf cart but loved being able to walk everywhere. AMI was quick to respond to things and I'd definitely rent from them again. The reason for 4 stars is due to the bathrooms and mold smell. For 6 adults it was extremely tight. 2 people cannot fit in the master at the same time. The half bath was handy to have. The house did have a mold smell that never subsided. Recommend getting the ac ducts cleaned or something.

Perfect!

Everything was absolutely perfect! The house was clean, kitchen well stocked (but kitchen utensils, pans, and coffee pot could use some updating) updated appliances, pool was nice and heated. The beach was so close, you could see it across the street :) Would definitely stay here again!

Great location

This house was a really cute house with wonderful landscaping, in a great location, and was fully stocked for what we needed. The common areas in the home are all updated and beautiful. I had to call the rental office about an issue I was having, and they responded and sent someone out very quickly. It was located in a quiet neighborhood that was directly across from the beach. The outdoor area was really spectacular, but unfortunately, the pool itself doesn’t get much sun one way to make the house better would’ve been to include a full length mirror. Also, two people cannot get ready in the master bath at the same time. It is tiny! That being said, the house met our needs, and we really enjoyed ourselves.

Paradise on Earth

Amazing and stunning property. Appeared to be comletely renovated and we may have been the first people to visit. Perfect set-up for famlies. Wonderful pool, yard was pristine. 2 small opportunities: 1. The yard caretakers came in and went as they pleased with no warning. A bit jarring to see 3 guys stroll into the backyard unannounced while your children are in the pool. 2. Really, really, really poor communication with property management. Went to their office, called, texted, asked when property would be ready. Never received any communication back so we finally entered the property 2 hours after check-in time, but were still never told we could enter. Upon leaving they sent a pretty nasty threatening email about leaving my check-out time or else. This beautiful space definitely needs new property managers.
