Nice apartment but frustrating check-in

It took us an hour to check-in as the phone number on the booking confirmation was no longer in use so we couldn’t contact the owner. Reception had no idea which apartment we were supposed to be in and didn’t have any contact details for Stephen either. We finally got in touch and were shown to our apartment after an hour of waiting, which was not a good start to our trip. The room was missing a kettle and cutlery, the TV didn’t work and had the wrong remote control, and the dryer didn’t work properly. After another 45 minutes trying to contact Stephen again, he arrived and showed us to another apartment that had the missing items. The apartment itself was nice and having a pool was great, although it does get very busy in the afternoon. The surrounding area has lots of shops and restaurants, plus a 7/11 underneath the building. We’ve told Hotels.com the contact details are incorrect but they say it’s the host’s responsibility to update them and will not change them so be aware you may have difficulty checking in.

Request immediate refund for non-use. Please do not posted as unused room. I waited for a room that I could not use for more than an hour. Please don't post it because there is no room. It was impossible to cancel it because I made a reservation for the day. Please give me a refund as soon as possible.

그곳은 매우 멋진 건물이다. 높은 빌딩 안의 숙소이다. 꾸러나 현지인에게 걩수터들의 규역이라는 이야기를 들었다. 숙소에서 내려다 보는 야경은 멋지다. 집 안의 인테리어는 깔끔하다. 깨미집인것 먈고는. 깨미가 너무 많아서 침대에도 있었다. 관리인이 친절하고 매우 열심히 일한다. 깨미좋아? 바로여기 이 숙소를 예약해라!

장점/ 호스트 연락 잘 됨, 꽤 깨끗함, 시내까지 그랩(택시)타고 5-10분, 건물에 편의점 한 곳 마트 두 곳, 늦은 시간에 가도 무섭지 않았음, 조용함 수영장 물 깨끗하고 넓은 편(사진보단 작음) 근뎅,, 호스트 연락은 잘 되지 만 약쏙 시간 잘 안지키ㅁ. 몇분 뒤에 갈게 또는 몇시까지 갈게 해놓고 맨날 느즘. 우린 6박 묵어서 일정이 여유있어서 다행이지 일정 빡빡한 사람들은 슷트레스 받을 듯 글고 이 숙소 고른 이유가 셑탁기랑 수영장이었눈뎅 셑탁기 한번 쓰구 고쟝, 수영장 시설 관리? 로 사용 불가 인거 미리 안알랴줌 그리고 6박이나 묵는데 화장실에 휴지 단 한 롤이랑 다 써가는 샴푸 하나 줌 휴지는 더 달라고 할때마다 한 롤 씩밖에 안줘서 답답했음 수영장은 체크아웃 하루 전부터 사용 가능 했음 이 것도 안알랴줘서 하루하루 체크하러 다님
