This unit needs major update, walls peeling off, broken furniture and no TV in the living room. I have my elderly parents on this trip and power went out when we arrive on very first night. Condition was intolerable without AC so I have to vacate my parents to hotel and I stayed with my relative nearby. Called host to report and zero resolution, zero accommodation, zero reimbursement. And host was not empathetic, unfriendly and was not easy to reach at all every time we tried to call. Overall, not a pleasant stay for our family, this unit was too old and rundown, not at all well-maintained by the owner. I have stayed at other vin home but nowhere near as bad. Instructions was not clear and we have to search for host contact info the day before check in since no one contacted us until we called to get address and check in info.
