The location was great and accessible to restaurants, grocery stores, and other shopping. Tre' at the Front Desk was friendly, professional and very helpful. The actual room was clean, smelled fresh, and fully stocked. The size of the room was just right.

Staff support lacking, was not checked in properly and had other guests enter my room while I was there. Asked to change my room from 2 guests to 1 and shorten my stay by 1 night. This was not corrected either. Also was billed more than my IHG registration stated.
