This was the second time we stayed at this wonderful house and property. Our family enjoyed both the beach and the side yard. The house is very clean with comfortable beds and equipped with effective A/C, which was key for a very hot week. The kayaks were a wonderful addition for the teens and adults in our party. Owner was quick and responsive.

Beautiful & clean property.

Check-in was smooth and easy. Kitchen was very clean and decently stocked. Beds were clean and comfortable. Most notable was the spectacular view of the lake, which was literally right out the back door. Several of us enjoyed the kayaks provided, while others sat on the deck and savored the coffee, which was also provided. A wonderful, relaxing time!

House is exactly as shown in pictures. Hosts provide house needs (paper towels, toilet paper, toiletries, linens, etc.) My only critique would be that there are no lamps (I’m not a fan of overhead lighting, but that’s a personal preference). Beautiful views!!!

Perfect Weekend Celebration

The Hilton House and Vincent were wonderful. The House had everything that we needed, is beautiful inside and was clean. Lake Ontario being right outside the back door is absolutely stunning. When we had questions/requests, Vincent responded immediately. While we booked the stay for our immediate family to celebrate my daughter's college graduation, Vincent allowed an additional 2 family members to stay with us in the Hilton House when their hotel accommodations fell through after their 8 hour drive to celebrate with us. This allowed our family a stress free celebration weekend in a relaxing atmosphere.

A perfect family spot!

This lakeside spot was such a treat for our family. We had beautiful weather and the kids loved the direct access to the water. With little ones, it was great to have a fenced in yard and enclosed deck that overlooked the water. We really appreciated the yard games, ping pong table, and board games/toys available. The sleeping arrangements were family friendly and very comfortable. We will definitely be staying here again!

Beautiful lake front home

The house is beautiful and well stocked. We had enough room for two families to stay and kids to play. The fenced in yard was great for our little ones to play in the snow. The communication was quick and helpful.

Thanksgiving in Rochester

The place was a good size for our family. It is right on the lake so you don’t need to bring a sound machine. Would have loved to take out the kayaks if the weather was warmer. Vincent was always available to help answer any question or concern.

Great Family Vacation!

Family from Ohio met with family from Vermont (Half Way). Beautiful home and location. Walks on the road with my 83 year old mother. Walks with grand daughters 3 & 5 each day to hear the frogs and see the Beauty around was priceless. We took advantage of all the water and house tools, that was offered. Ping pong was great fun. Sunset kayak rides were breathtaking. THANK YOU!

Perfect spot for family vacation.

My husband & I , adult children & grandkids stayed at this beautiful home to visit family in the Rochester area. The house is beautiful, spacious & nicely decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed & it was nice having a grill on the back deck for barbecuing. The home sits just feet from the lake and it almost feels like you’re on the ocean. The fenced in front yard was perfect for our little grandkids. Each room had wall heating/air conditioning units & ceiling fans which made sleeping very comfortable. The kayaks & game room in the garage were nice extras that we all enjoyed. Beds were very comfortable. The only negative was the cleanliness of the home. It was neat & tidy, but floors needed a good scrubbing & things needed dusting. Regardless, we would stay here again.

Great Place Outside of Rochester

Stayed at this house when came to Rochester to see family & friends - was a great place to hang out and catch up. Made use of the many kayaks and side yard was great for kids - would highly recommend!

Family vacation oasis on the lake

Outstanding location and view. Good for family gathering. Just be prepared for bugs(spiders, mosquitos,). Also one of the bedrooms must be accessed thru the master suite( can be awkward if not family) nice yard for kids.
