When we arrived they could not find the key to our room. She finally figured out she had checked someone else into it. She went to the room and had the other guest move out. Gave us the keys. The bath mat was on the floor and dirty. The shower was wet and used. The room was given to us with no cleaning in between. Kind of gross feeling.

Had an amazing time at Napili Village! The room size was huge and they have a full kitche n! So close to the beach and we were able to see the whales from our balcony in 208. The prices are the best on the island and there are a handful of other nice beaches you can drive to in less than 15 minutes. Will definitely be returning!
