Unruly children running up and down hall on each floor. Playing hide and seek hockey and causing havoc. Parents drank in breakfast room while the kids were doing this for HOURS even past 10. The man at the desk was by himself and it was very busy when I went down to complain. He said it isn’t quiet hours yet. This was beyond talking and laughing. People were not from the hockey team were not happy. Said they would give a credit for two rooms we had for one night cause we booked through 3rd party. Others got refunded. They are suppose to email us I already know that will be a big headache . The poor cleaning woman it was a hot mess.

Room was very nice and clean . Bathroom was nice. The air conditioner /heater was extremely loud at times, and the funniest thing is the door casing in the bathroom. There are such a breeze coming out of where the latch locks, It’s funny.!

I really liked everything except two things: one big, one small. Big Problem: instead of two regular pillows, you’re provided with four extremely thick, narrow, impossible-to-flatten pillows when stacked side-by-side resemble a Tootsie Roll (remember those?). This RUINED any chance I had of sleeping well. Small Problem: The toilet paper roll is placed to your left BEHIND your ability to cleanly reach and tear. I had to scoot forward, turn, lean, unroll and tear to get a decent amount of paper. If they fixed these items, I’d stay here frequently.
