The first hotel we stayed in on our Vietnam trip. The staff are amazing and really friendly. The room was great for the price. It’s close enough to Old Town to be convenient but also in a quieter area so you can actually sleep!

The front desk receptionists really make this hotel great. They’re very welcoming, helpful and sweet. They set up a last minute tour for me and even walked me to the tour bus. My room was comfortable if not a bit noisy due to the nature of the city. They have done everything they can to mitigate that and it’s just part of visiting Hanoi. I really enjoyed being able to stand out on the balcony and take in the action with my coffee.

Excellent hôtel

We had an excellent stay at this hotel and were pleasantly surprised by the kindness and professionalism of the staff. They handled every situation efficiently, especially when they had to adapt to our flight cancellation. Even though we were outside the refund period, they did everything they could to assist us. Additionally, after a restaurant mistakenly charged us twice, the hotel took care of the issue, recovered the money, and refunded us. The hotel is ideally located, just a few minutes’ walk from the city center, in a strategic position. The breakfast is decent, and the value for money is excellent. We highly recommend this hotel!

후기 내용이 좋아서 저희도 이번 가족여행에 이 호텔을 선택했는데, 전체적으로 여행기간동안에 너무 좋았습니다. 호안키엠 시내까지 약간의 거리가 있지만, 깨끗하고 조용하고, 시설 및 조식까지 모두 좋았습니다. 그리고, 직원분들 모두가 너무 친절합니다. 다음에도 하노이 여행기회가 생기면 이용할 생각이 있습니다.
