Our visit to La Nueva was wonderful. We were greeted by the staff as we arrived using the shuttle. Thank you to Jimmy and Jenny for organizing our airport pick-up and making recommendations during our stay. The room was clean and everyone was very welcoming and friendly. We also booked a tour to the incense village through the hotel and had an amazing time. Thank you to all the staff who helped make our trip in Ha Noi so unforgettable.

Even before arrival the service was excellent (through emails). Staff were amazing from start to finish and the food/hotel were great. On available we met with Grace at reception who organised small refreshments after our travels. She advised the must sees while in Hanoi. The room was large and clean and the bed very comfortable. The shower was great, good power. Would definitely recommend this hotel based on the above. We loved it. Also had help from the in house travel agent Jenny with booking a cruise in ha long bay. She was great. It was our first time in Vietnam and within the short time of our arrival we already loved it and knew we’d be back.

The staff were friendly, the breakfast selection was great and we had a wonderful stay! We notified the front desk staff about a leak at the bottom of the shower door causing some flooding near the sink but they were already aware of the issue and will be making improvements in the coming weeks. Super great to hear how quickly they responded and how proactive they are.
