room reasonably clean. problems with plumbing and AC but these were quickly resolved. location across the river from old quarter. short walk gives nice view of river. Ample restuarants but you have to hunt for them. Fair view of city and neighborhood from upper floors. secluded and away from traffic. Overall good place for budget minded.
