I recently had the pleasure of staying at Elpis Hotel & Spa, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The hotel is situated in a prime location, making it easy to explore the city. Whether you're here for sightseeing or business, everything is conveniently accessible. The rooms are spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The housekeeping team does a fantastic job of keeping everything fresh and tidy. The hotel staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to assist. 利用の前日の予約で、普段利用しているところが満室だったので、ロケーションで選びました。時間がなかったこともあり、レビューがないので不安はありましたが、4つ星になっていたので、ある程度は快適であろうと判断して予約しましたが・・・・ひどく汚れている感じで、バスルームには汚れがこびりつき、シーツは薄汚れ・・・一般的な感覚の日本人ビジネス利用者には、100%お勧めしません。星の数はどのように決められているのでしょうか。
