The hotel is located on a small, quiet street, which made our stay very peaceful. We traveled as a family and booked a two-bedroom suite for a few days. The space was large enough to comfortably accommodate all of us and included a washer and dryer, which was very convenient. We arrived late on the night of December 23, and the night staff was extremely helpfulโ€”assisting us with our luggage and even helping us order food. When we checked out, he also carried our belongings to the street while we waited for the tour bus. Overall, the staff was kind and helpful throughout our stay, from the breakfast team to the front desk, who also helped us book our scooters.

amazing city hotel

One of the best hotels I've stayed at in Vietnam. Rooms are huge and homely with all the amenities you'd need like a kitchen with utensils, laundry machine etc.. Everything is clean and modern. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Location is very convenient to the old quarter / hoan kiem area My only minor suggestion for improvement would to fit thermostatic valves on the taps in the kitchen/bathroom as the water can come out close to boiling temperature so easy to burn yourself. They should limit the maximum temperature. But a very minor point on a fantastic hotel.
