The 5 star rating on Expedia is flawed. The apartment should not even have 1 star rating. Staff do not know English. No one is there on the reception to respond to your phone calls. Booking was for 1 Apartment 2 room ended up with 1 Apartment 1 room. It was Chaotic everywhere. More than anything hotel do not follow proper immigration policy because of which our passport also got impounded and we have to waste our time going to immigration office. Terrible is what I can say.

Khách sạn khá tiện khi di chuyển từ sân bay. Nhân viên lễ tân rất nhiệt tình và lịch sự. Mặc dù mình hơi khó tính, yêu cầu hơi nhiều nhưng bạn vẫn chịu khó đáp ứng. Thêm điểm cộng phòng ốc sạch sẽ, có bồn tắm. Nếu có lần công tác sau nhất định sẽ quay lại. Cảm ơn các bạn.

タイミングが悪かった。

裏のビルの新築工事を夜中遅くまでやっていて騒音がひどかった。ちょうどタイミングが悪かったと思うが。前は無料だったランドリーサービスが今回は１回40,00VNDかかった。スタッフは相変わらず親切である。

最終的には、全ての蛇口から水が出なくなりました。係の方にも見てもらいましたが、直りませんでした。お湯が出ないのなら我慢できますが、水が出なくなったのは流石に困り果てました。

방도 깔끔 인테리어도 예뻐요 시내랑은 버스로 이동도 가능하고 그리 멀지 않아서 이동하는데 불편함은 없을것 같고
