No one is at the counter when I arrived, had to search for someone in the basement, had to ask for a different room due to extensive mould on the wall. The second room was better but not clean in the bathroom, lots of grime in tje shower corners. Not much for tourists in the area of good restaurants but the street food is good. When I checked out there was no one at the counter and just left my key there as tje older lady in tje basement just ignored me. Do not go there IMO.

Best staffs in Hanoi works for here. This hotel is clean has reasonable price. But the most important thins is that all the staffs are wonderful. All staffs are kind and helpful to visitors, and provide 5 stars hotel service to all the visitors. Noone will not regret chosing this bloom hanoi hotel!

Love love love

Such a lovely and fresh apartment in Hanoi. You feel like home when u come there. Only bad thing is that there are not hot shower, very wierd because they have a big bathtub which we couldnt use. Also its hard to find, but totally worth it when u find it! (close to cirkle K and V-mart. Otherwise I would recommend it and of course book it again.
