We are asking for refund from hotels.com because the hotel said it was a 3 rd party booking. When we got to the hotel the hot water heater was broken and there was no hot water. The hotel desk clerk said it should be fixed in two hours and if not then by in the morning. So I went ahead and checked in. The hot water did not come on. We had no hot water and we checked out cause it was very inconvenient cause we had to get ready for a funeral.

The hotel was ok - nothing stood out to make it a wow factor. Staff was friendly enough, a couple of things in our room that could use updating or tightening, but not enough to warrant a call to the front desk. Hotel was centrally located and easily accessible to stores, shops, and the highway.
