Visit from hell

My husband and I were accused, disrespected, violated and offended for smoking in a room that we definitely did not smoke in. We live ten minutes away from the hotel, we don't need their room to smoke. We only went there to have some time together away from the kids. And we spent our hard earned money on a bad experience.

This was my first stay with a Residence Inn @ Marriott and it exceeded my expectations. Prompt response upon arrival with the front desk. The hotel was loony was immaculate and clean. I’m not sure who the housekeeping manager is but kudos to you and your staff!! From the grounds, to the lobby, elevators, floors to the room the cleanliness was SUPERB!! The room was outstanding! We stayed in a 2 queen room. Came with sitting area, full size fridge, stove top. I will definitely stay here again! Keep up the good work and attention to detail!

Really gorgeous hotel. A home away from home. They provide you with everything you could possibly need. Fridge, stove, utensils, pots and pans, and more. Outside grilling available along with a pool and workout room. I loved my stay and will definitely return.

Overall, it is a nice hotel. It is generous room size with kitchen everything. The indoor pool wasn't very clean when I was there.
