It was clean. It seems that the cleaning person was trying to air out the cabinets, drawers and sofa bed and forgot to come back to tidy up the place

The rooms are non-smoking rooms but someone clearly smoked in the room I was given. They tried masking it but everything smelled. They should have changed all the bedding and towels after they Ozone bombed the room. It gave me a headache. Unfortunately I came in very late, 1am, I couldn't complain to get a new room.

Huge rooms. Nice clubhouse. Close to trains and downtown.

Check in was awesome. Very personable and gracious. Room was a little dated but very large. Booked for a little romantic night and was looking forward to the fireplace, but that did not work. Slept great, awesome bed and dark room. Breakfast was very poor. Coffee was not good. The most popular item was empty vats to warm food, with no items in them. Had a banana and hit the road.

Very large and comfortable room with full kitchen and lots of closet space, plus a working wood fireplace. Very quiet and conveniently located.

Friendly staff, everyting good. Batrhroom/shower could be slightly cleaner.

This property was overbooked by Orbitz and when we arrived, the local hotel staff were unfriendly and unprofessional.

Easy to get to, plenty of parking, very clean and pet friendly

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. We felt safe here. Our villa was spacious and comfortable with all the things we would need in a kitchen. Lots of restaurants in the area. Breakfast had a nice variety of choices and it was full at all times. The staff was very attentive to making sure we had all the choices available. You could eat inside our at the patio. We would stay here again for sure.

It was a very pleasant night. The people were helpful. The rooms were safe and clean.
