The door to the room was not secure, it was not closing properly. The hotel was not very clean, our sheets had large reddish stains. There is very limited parking. The heat in the room was good, water pressure and temperature were good. The pictures on the website look like they were taken a long time ago.

I recommend avoiding this place all together! The elevator was broken and we were on the third floor. We were told that is was getting fixed but another guest told us it’s been broken for well over a year. The staff was not helpful at all, water pressure was a drizzle at best. The room had hardly any outlets including none in the bath room. The whole building was smoking hot even though they said there was no heat on. Amenities non existent. Save yourself the stress and stay somewhere else 😞

Room was basic. Staff lovely. No wheelchair accessible rooms despite request and being give the standard reply of 'may not be available'. They don't exist. No 'may' about it. Also, no breakfast at all. But it is very close to the Dartmouth hospital, beds are comfortable and clean, and if you are well enough the mall nearby is good shopping. There is also an Atlantic Superstore very close and a fridge and microwave in the room. A good budget hotel.

Comfy clean bed was only positive feature I can cite. Sorely in need of renovation. No hot water, old noisy heating/AC unit and bathroom fan, old dated furnishings and low budget vinyl flooring already showing its wear. We wont recommend or stay here again.
